Zoe Ginnis
I received an undergraduate degree in Political Science and Finance in Athens University, Greece and in Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU), Austria. I pursued a successful career in corporate marketing spanning 20+ years. My passion for yoga led me to chasing an alternate career path. I hold a certification in Yoga recognized by Yoga Alliance International India and I am a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher by Yoga Alliance. I am committed to living according to the principles of Yoga on and off the mat. I possess an in-depth experience in teaching both groups and individuals, and conduct classes in both, Greek and English. The main rewards a Yoga practitioner experiences is the increased stamina, reduction of anxiety and stress, clarity of thought, general well-being, and an overall sense of serenity. Yoga is freedom and a form of self-expression.
I opened Mind Body Soul Yoga studio in 2011, in Drosia, Attica. Since summer 2018, the studio is relocated in the center of Athens next to Mavili Square. I am member of the Administrative Board of the Hellenic Yoga Association, KYTA Hellas and the Hellenic Yoga Federation.

I started exploring movement by attending ballet and contemporary dance classes. Following the completion of my undergraduate and postgraduate studies, I have worked in several fields of the Pharmaceutical industry,
In 2018, I took my first Yoga Class as I was keen to explore conscious movement combined with conscious breathing. I was impressed by the immediate benefits that occurred to my body, mind, and soul. At that time yoga became part of my daily life.
Since 2023, I have been a Certified Yoga Teacher by Yoga Alliance, US.
I love the flow - the sequence of asanas- and the magic dance they compose.
